ABOUT LETSimmun
The strategic approach of LETSimmun is to explore and combine lymphocyte engineering technologies and targets by pursuing a holistic approach. Researchers and clinician-scientist with already proven and internationally recognized experiences in clinical lymphocyte engineering come together with young talents and interdisciplinary experts with crucial expertise in defined areas that represent promising engineering interfaces and technologies.
The TRR 338 LETSimmun has his general office at the TUM (Institute for Medical Microbiology, Immunology and Hygiene). The speakers are part of the CRC/TRR Steering Committee, which coordinates together with the project management (Z01) all LETSimmun activities, like the annual retreat and general assembly meetings, seminar series with invited speakers, and bi-/multilateral project meetings to foster the work on specific research subjects emerging during the funding period.
